Frequently Asked Questions

Our normal Hours are 6.00am until 1.00am, However if Airport transfers are required we can arrange to pick up to suit your flight plans


Our fares quoted at the time of booking is the fare you pay, If extra stops are requested after the time of booking extra charges may apply


All bookings will need to be paid in full if not cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, we can change bookings free of charge if your Holiday or flight as been changed or cancelled by the airline, re booking is subject to availably.


We maintain our vehicles to high standards, we will not be held responsible for delays due to traffic incidents or breakdowns enroute to be either collected or whist enroute in the vehicle, We will endeavour to get a replacement vehicle as soon as reasonably possible, we reserve the right to use 3rd party companies.


We cannot be held responsible if we cannot rebook changes due to train/ flight or transfer cancellation or delay, however if due to significant delays by train/ Flight or transfers, we will rebook a collection as soon as possible to the original booking.


Any wrong dates or times advised by our customers, and we cannot rebook, we cannot be held responsible for any additional cost of transfer.


We will not be held responsible for any damage or staining of clothing or luggage in any of our vehicles.


A fee of £120.00 will be charged for any damage or Illness that needs professionally cleaning or repair after someone is Ill or damages the vehicle.


In the unlikely event any of our drivers are ill or unfit to drive, we will try our utmost to find a replacement, in the event we are unable to cover, we will let our customers know as soon as possible




We don't provide Child Seats


We prefer to be paid by  Debit  / Credit Cards, however we don't accept Amex, Pre payments are accepted and a payment link can be provided, Cash can be accepted, Our drivers don't carry a float so the exact amount will need to be provided.  Due to several of our poplar locations suffering from poor Mobile signal, we reserve the right to ask for payment on collection.

All payments are processed through encrypted secure gateways.


Our drivers will message / call our customers 5-10 minutes prior to collection,  Due to our scheduling system we are only able to wait a maximum of 10 minutes from arrival, We cannot guarantee we can return, any pre payments will not be refunded, If our customers need to reschedule a collection, if possible we will try to accommodate, but cannot guarantee times  


We offer accounts to local business's, subject to credit approval, our payment terms are 14 days from Invoice date, please email via our enquiry page for further details
